Most sourcing agencies are one person with a WeChat account. That works until it does not — until you need someone at the factory on a Tuesday morning while you are asleep.

The AU/US side handles your brief, your questions and your deadlines in your working hours. The Shenzhen side does the calling, the visiting and the chasing in Chinese. Same thread, same file, no relay of screenshots.

The questions we actually get.

Do factories pay you to be listed?
No. Not for a listing, not for a better write-up, not to remove a concern we published. Our income is the sourcing fees on this page.
What if you have not visited a factory in my category?
Then we go find one. Factory Matching covers the search whether or not the factory is already in our directory. Add 2-3 weeks if a visit is needed.
Are you a trading company? Do you mark up the goods?
No. You pay the factory directly and you see their invoice. We charge a fee or a commission, and it is the same number whether the unit price goes up or down.
What is the minimum order you will work with?
There is no minimum for Matching or Audit. For end-to-end sourcing the commission only makes sense above roughly $15,000 per order.
Who actually does the factory visits?
Our own team in Shenzhen. Not a third-party inspector, not the factory's own sales rep with a phone.
How fast do you reply?
One business day from the AU/US team. If your question needs the factory called, add a day for the timezone.
Can you help with shipping and customs?
We book freight and hand over documents. We are not a customs broker — you or your broker clear the goods on your side.
What do you refuse to work on?
Anything requiring certification we cannot verify, obvious IP copies, and products where the factory will not let us film. That last one is usually the answer in itself.
